How we look after your details

What we collect and why

• Your name, contact details and message when you send an enquiry. So we can reply to you. To do what you asked us to (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Your name, email, phone number and appointment details when you book. To manage your booking and send confirmations and reminders. To do what you asked us to (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Your email address if you sign up to our newsletter. To send you our news. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Who helps us

We never sell your details. These services handle them for us, only to do the job described:

• Setout (Two Fat Cats Ltd): runs this website and stores enquiries, bookings and orders for us, on servers in Germany.
• Resend: sends our emails.
• The SMS Works: sends text reminders, if you give a mobile number.

How long we keep them

For as long as we need them to deal with you, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, or ask us to correct or delete them, at any time. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled them, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
